Are you an experienced HR leader with a proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive organisational success? We are looking for an Interim EMEA Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping people strategies and delivering impactful solutions across multiple business functions. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and transformation of the organisation.

About the Role:

In this interim position, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across EMEA, helping them navigate complex organisational challenges and implement forward-thinking people strategies. You’ll focus on areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, performance management, and change leadership. Your ability to influence and collaborate will be critical in driving alignment between business goals and employee experience initiatives.

As part of the EMEA HR team, you’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence (COE) specialising in areas like Diversity & Inclusion (DEI), Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Recruitment. You’ll also contribute to a broader HR community by sharing insights and best practices that enhance organisational effectiveness across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders across EMEA, providing strategic guidance on people-related matters to support business objectives.
  • Develop tailored people strategies that address organisational priorities such as team effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment.
  • Lead initiatives around organisational design and change management to ensure teams are optimised for future growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Use data-driven insights to diagnose challenges and recommend actionable solutions that improve performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with global HR peers and COE teams to deliver consistent yet locally relevant employee experience strategies.
  • Support leaders through periods of transition or post-change integration by offering coaching and guidance that drives long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner working at a regional level—experience supporting sales or commercial teams is highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with expertise in areas like leadership coaching, talent management, organisational change, and problem-solving.
  • A proven ability to lead complex change initiatives while ensuring smooth transitions for teams and leaders alike.
  • Experience working within global matrixed organisations where collaboration across regions is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using compelling insights backed by data.
  • A hands-on approach paired with strategic thinking—you can balance big-picture planning with day-to-day execution when needed.
  • A commitment to fostering inclusive environments through embedded DEI practices and cultural advocacy.

Additional Information:

  • Location: UK-based (with occasional travel required).
  • Duration: Interim contract (details to be discussed).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with senior leaders to shape impactful people strategies. If you’re ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role that offers both strategic influence and operational impact, we’d love to hear from you!
