A leading ecommerce / manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for excellence across a diverse range of industries are actively on the lookout for a Customer service advisor.
The Role:
As a customer service advisor you will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service to all customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Their first point of contact for all incoming customer queries via telephone and email.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Supporting and mentoring junior or new colleagues as and when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
What We’re Looking For:
- To be able to diffuse conflict and manage stressful interactions.
- To be able to clearly communicate and actively listen.
- Background in telephone based customer service
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday in the office, 08:30–17:00
- Friday work from home
