About Us:
A leading ecommerce / manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for excellence across a diverse range of industries are actively on the lookout for a Customer service advisor.

The Role:
As a customer service advisor you will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service to all customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Their first point of contact for all incoming customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior or new colleagues as and when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • To be able to diffuse conflict and manage stressful interactions.
  • To be able to clearly communicate and actively listen.
  • Background in telephone based customer service

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday in the office, 08:30–17:00
  • Friday work from home
