What You’ll Do

• Work on pre-deal evaluations, financial due diligence, regulatory reporting, and strategic commercial finance projects.
• Partner with private and public sector corporates and play a key role in infrastructure-focused transaction's - an area seeing significant growth in New Zealand.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and gain exposure to complex, high-value engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Corporate Finance (Big 4 experience highly regarded).
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA.
• A passion for delivering insightful, value-added advice in a fast-paced deal environment.
• A demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders.
