• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering insightful analysis and constructive challenge to ensure robust financial planning.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and performance analysis to identify areas for margin improvement and cost efficiency across the business.
• Deliver clear reporting on large datasets and translate complex information into actionable commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support disciplined cost control initiatives by providing detailed insight into business performance and expenditure trends.
• Assist in the preparation of audit materials and tax packs as part of the wider finance team’s responsibilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency or accuracy in reporting.
• Engage with colleagues at all levels to enhance understanding of financial results and promote a culture of shared accountability for performance.
