Commercial Manager – Caravan Stock & Pricing Hertfordshire (Hybrid working) 12 months FTC Salary is £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits including bonus and hybrid working

My client is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead caravan pricing and stock management across multiple sites. This pivotal role combines data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration to optimise pricing structures and inventory levels, helping drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a 12 months FTC.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain pricing frameworks for new and used caravans using market data and internal metrics

  • Set stock targets by grade and work with supply planning to ensure optimal inventory across sites

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, transport, and regional teams to align pricing and messaging

  • Manage relationships with external valuation partners to keep used stock valuations accurate

  • Monitor competitor pricing and sales performance to adjust strategies as needed

  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting to inform stock retention, disposals, and commercial decisions

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in commercial pricing or stock management roles, ideally with complex inventory

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data visualisation tools

  • Excellent communicator able to work across multiple teams and levels

  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear insights

  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in caravan sales or similar industries is desirable but not essential
