About the Role:

The Regional Finance Manager leads financial management for a defined geography, covering both entity and client finance. The role is accountable for statutory reporting, financial controls, client P&L analysis, and revenue assurance.

As a senior business partner, the RFM supports the Regional Finance Director and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

Financial Reporting & Control

• Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure delivery of statutory accounts and compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Client Finance & Revenue Assurance

• Lead client-level financial reporting including P&L and margin analysis.
• Oversee revenue assurance, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Provide constructive challenge to cost centre owners and functional leaders, ensuring alignment of resource allocation with business priorities.
• Support pricing, contract performance tracking, and commercial insight.

Business Partnering & Insight

• Act as primary finance contact for regional business and client leaders.
• Deliver meaningful insight and challenge to drive performance improvement.
• Translate financial outcomes into clear operational implications.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in ERP and reporting systems.
• Drive alignment with group finance processes and best practices.

People Leadership

• Line manage a team of senior and junior accountants.
• Set clear objectives and lead performance and development conversations.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Who You Are:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong blend of technical, commercial, and people leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Multinational or multi-entity experience preferred.
• Fluent in ERP systems and strong in Excel/data analysis.
