This webinar provides unique insights from experts at the forefront of creating and implementing wellbeing programmes that prioritise and protect the mental health of employees.

The workplace overhaul inflicted by COVID-19 plunged us all into working from home. With teams required to adapt quickly to new patterns of working, this left many workers vulnerable to the effects of social distancing and isolation on their mental health and wellbeing.

Looking at organisational, managerial and individual perspectives, learn from the expert panel how to mitigate mental health risks and engage your remote workforce.

Topics of discussion:

  • How HR and line managers can prioritise the mental health of their remote teams
  • Understanding the impact of mental health and wellness on workplace bottom-line
  • Digitising current wellness programs and practical tips to enhance programs at low cost
  • Q&A session - ask the experts
