Remote Intapp Senior Application Engineer-American Law Firm

Senior Applications Engineer: Serves as the IT owner for Intapp modules (Conflicts, Intake, Walls, Terms, etc.), ensuring their stability, security, and performance. This role supports expanding tool usage, leads the cloud migration of the risk platform, and collaborates with the business on strategy and new capabilities. This role can be fully remote within the UK.

Requirement:

• 7+ years’ of information technology experience required;
• 5+ years’ experience working with and supporting enterprise platforms required;
• 3+ years’ Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms experience and equivalent working with risk and compliance solutions required;
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred;
• Possess strong communication, organisation, negotiation, critical thinking, and leadership skills as well as exceptional customer service and collaboration abilities;
• Knowledge of system integration including APIs, web services, FTP, and database to database;
• Experience in SQL Server, SQL development/queries, and reporting tools;

Responsibilities:

• IT owner of Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms modules
• Lead efforts to plan and migrate our existing on premise instance of the Intapp platform to the cloud. Identify new capabilities that can further support the business and present recommendations;
• Closely engage with local business stakeholders to understand and provide solutions to their needs;
• Build, maintain and advance a strong relationship with Intapp in order to have them provide product features and bug fixes we want in order to advance the systems and their value;
• Work on application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmaps;
