What you'll do:


As a 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing first-line support to end-users for software, hardware, and network issues. You will also be tasked with installing and configuring computer systems and applications within a Microsoft Environment. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks while ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures. Your proactive approach will be key in escalating issues to Level 3 support with our IT service provider when necessary.


* Provide first-line support to end-users for software, hardware, and network across offices
* Install and configure computer systems and applications (Microsoft Environment) and maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including patch management
* Escalate to Level 3 support with IT service provider
* Onboard new joiners
* Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and roll out of new tools
* Coordinate with other IT professionals and vendors
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, especially regarding data protection and cybersecurity
* Document internal procedures, solutions to technical problems, and provide user guides when needed


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician role will bring along ~2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support within a Microsoft environment. You should have knowledge of network technologies such as Cisco, Unifi, Fortinet. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional European language would be an advantage. You should have a service-oriented mindset, be independent and driven, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Your ability to multitask will be crucial in this role, as well as your high sensitivity to cybersecurity.


* ~2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support L1 & L2 Microsoft environment (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange)
* Knowledge of Network technologies (Cisco, Unifi, Fortinet)
* Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage
* Service oriented mindset
* Independent and driven
* Pro-active with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Well organised with ability to multitask
* High sensitivity to cybersecurity
