Senior BI Developer

Senior BI Developer Warwickshire £45,000 to £55,000 per annum Permanent

My client is looking for a Senior BI Developer to join their growing team, you will be supporting with client data projects and their SaaS platform initiatives. This role will be suitable for someone looking to take a step up into a management role.

Senior BI Developer – What will you be doing?

• Working directly with global clients to define and deliver data roadmaps, targeting strategy and architecture.
• Leading the Business Intelligence and Delivery team, ensuring projects are complete to the best of their ability.
• Developing comprehensive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure.
• Delivering workshops, stakeholder presentations and training sessions.
• Collaborating with DevOps to integrate Power BI into Azure DevOps pipelines.

Senior BI Developer – What will you need?

• Advanced Power BI capabilities (DAX, UX/UI, RLS, OLS)
• Experience with the Azure stack (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Logic Apps)
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Data modelling skills.
• Interest and knowledge in Microsoft Fabric.
