What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to both lead generation and sales teams by managing daily tasks efficiently and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- Follow up diligently with inbound and outbound leads through email, phone calls, or CRM platforms to maintain engagement and facilitate timely handover to sales representatives.
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring information is always current and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and product demonstrations between leads and sales representatives by coordinating calendars and confirming appointments promptly.
- Monitor incoming inquiries across various channels, organising them effectively and routing each one appropriately to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and performance data related to leads so that teams have clear insights into progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to guarantee consistency in messaging and uphold high standards of lead quality throughout all communications.
- Perform additional clerical tasks as required to support overall team efficiency and contribute positively to the communal atmosphere.

- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a busy office or remote environment where teamwork is highly valued.
