Business Development Manager Manchester- Hybrid We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic Data Consultancy team. This is a key role focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence space. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and positioning our clients expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the data, ML, and AI sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
  • Lead proposal development and pitch processes, ensuring a clear alignment between client needs and our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape innovative, value-driven solutions.

The Successful Business Development Manager will have

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the data, ML, or AI consulting space.
  • Strong network across a variety of industries or a specific industry.
  • Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI project life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded and results orientated.
