The Company: My client is a national award-winning digital solutions provider with offices in the UK, US, and India. Established in 2010, they specialise in web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, AI solutions, and emerging technologies. With over 700 professionals and 8,000+ completed projects globally, they serve a diverse range of clients—from startups to global enterprises. Role Overview: They are looking for 4 x experienced and results-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join their growing UK team with new offices in London and Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across their digital service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and international markets
  • Generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, outbound campaigns, events, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital solutions (web/app development, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Create and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project handover and execution
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to support account growth and repeat business
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDM or sales role within the digital/IT services industry
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in B2B settings
  • Strong understanding of web/app development, digital marketing, and tech services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
