Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and offering tailored digital solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven proposals and help grow the company’s client base.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via outreach, networking, and inbound leads

  • Understand client requirements and recommend relevant software or IT solutions

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and timelines

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing discussions

  • Maintain accurate records and sales pipeline updates within the CRM system

  • Foster long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients

  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity


Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech, software development, or IT services

  • Strong knowledge of software and IT solution sales

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the tech/startup or enterprise ecosystem

  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders such as CTOs or product managers

  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or software development methodologies
