About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to meet clients and attend industry events (must have a full UK driving license).
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or sales roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of market trends and business development strategies.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving License: Must have a full UK driving license.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
