Service Enablement Lead

A private-equity–backed, independent media-advisory group that has almost tripled in size over the past two years is building a new tech and data function. Reporting to a recently appointed CTO, you will turn scattered consulting know-how into a single enablement platform that every consultant relies on each day.

The impact you’ll make

  • Own the multi-year roadmap for an internal service-enablement platform and link every release to revenue and margin goals.

  • Translate pain points from client directors, analysts and engineers into clear user stories with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and releases, keeping delivery on time and on budget.

  • Retire legacy tools, integrate recent-acquisition tech and enforce data standards.

  • Build adoption, NPS and efficiency dashboards; report progress and risks directly to the CTO and executive team.

What you bring

  • 8–12 years leading product or programme teams that create internal platforms at scale.

  • Proven success integrating tech stacks after mergers or large reorganisations.

  • Hands-on skill with data architecture, workflow automation and BI.

  • Ability to influence C-suite and consultants without formal line authority.

  • Comfort in a PE-backed, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly.

  • Clear, decisive communication and an agile delivery mindset.
