Senior Business Analyst

We are urgently looking to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst to join a high-profile, multi-year CRM & Client Data Strategy programme at a leading investment management firm. This is a key hire for the team at a critical stage of the programme’s development.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with Distribution, Marketing, and Sales teams to implement or enhance CRM systems
• Support the development and execution of a client data strategy
• Create and shape business cases to support proposed changes
• Engage with senior stakeholders and help bring structure to ambiguous requirements
• Analyse and document complex client structures specific to institutional asset management (segregated and pooled funds)
• Document business and functional requirements using JIRA
• Model business processes using BPMN
• Contribute to operating model change and transformation initiatives
• Support project delivery where needed

Required experience:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within institutional asset management
• Demonstrable experience working on CRM and client data strategy projects
• Understanding of distribution functions (Sales and Marketing) within an asset management context
• Experience with segregated and pooled fund structures
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Background in both BA and PM roles is beneficial
• Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred
