Business Analyst - Investment Operations

A leading investment management firm in London is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Bloomberg OMS/PMS experience to help drive the transformation of their investment operations. This is a high-impact contract role offering the chance to work on critical change projects while contributing to both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic improvements. *Initial 6 month contract with the likelihood of being extended.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within investment or asset management
• Strong understanding of Bloomberg Order Management Systems (OMS/PMS)
• Solid knowledge of investment operations, including fixed income, derivatives, equities, ETFs, and cash instruments
• Ability to map workflows, gather business/system requirements, and support system implementations
• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies is a plus
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
