Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Change

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Business Change team for an initial 6 month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience delivering regulatory change initiatives within asset management.

You will work across high impact change programmes, helping shape strategy, define operating models, and manage delivery from start to finish. While ESG project exposure is a bonus, the key requirement is a proven track record in managing regulatory change within investment or asset management.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in asset/investment management
• Strong track record in regulatory change (e.g., MiFID, SFDR, TCFD, etc.)
• Ability to gather requirements, define business cases, and manage stakeholders
• Skilled in both agile and waterfall delivery models
• ESG project experience preferred but not essential
