Senior Business Analyst

We’re working with a leading Investment Management firm seeking a Business Analyst to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. This role sits within a wider transformation programme focused on improving the firm’s pension proposition and operating model. You’ll support multiple workstreams, driving change and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve processes across CARE, DC, and DB pension schemes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, map processes, and identify operational improvements.
• Support data, risk, and system administration workstreams across pensions transformation.
• Produce clear, high-quality documentation (business cases, process flows, recommendations).

Skillset and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pensions industry (CARE, DC, and DB schemes).
• Strong knowledge of pensions administration, benefit structures, and funding models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and pensions platform systems is highly desirable
