Our client is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join their IS Projects team. You’ll play a key role in shaping future-ready systems and services for a 1,500+ userbase, contributing to strategic transformation through high-quality analysis and insight.

You’ll lead the analysis and definition of business and system requirements across the full project lifecycle, helping to deliver effective, user-focused IT solutions. Your work will span from early-stage feasibility studies to implementation support.

• Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements

• Map and document current (‘As-Is’) and future (‘To-Be’) processes

• Translate business needs into clear system and service requirements

• Take ownership of early project scoping and solution design

• Support implementation through training, data analysis, and cutover planning

• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams through testing and benefit realisation

What You’ll Bring / Essential Experience:

You’re a confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a solid background in delivering structured business analysis within complex projects.

• Proven BA experience on medium to large-scale (£1m+) projects

• Skilled in process modelling and requirements gathering techniques

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams

• Adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex ideas clearly

My client offers a salary of up to £49,000, with a 15% pension & 30 days annual leave.
