Buyer - Food and Beverage Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: London We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Buyer to join a market leading retail business based in London. You’ll lead food strategy across a portfolio of brands – from global names to new concepts – and play a key role in shaping menus, sourcing suppliers, and driving commercial performance.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement buying strategies across food categories.
• Work with culinary, brand, and operational teams to build compelling menus.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Analyse data and market trends to guide decision-making.
• Support sustainable sourcing and ESG-aligned initiatives.

• Experience in food & beverage buying, procurement, or category management.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data and identify trends.
