Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00–16:00

Overview:
Robert Walters is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager on behalf of a leading FMCG logistics provider. This role plays a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, supporting the Operations Manager and leading a large team to meet performance, safety, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate warehouse shift teams to meet productivity and service KPIs

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and compliance

• Oversee goods-in operations, ensuring accurate and damage-free receipt

• Support team development, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes

• Manage attendance, shift planning, and training compliance

• Drive effective communication and foster a positive team culture

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; WMS experience a plus

• Background in e-commerce or packing operations is advantageous
