What You’ll Do
- Lead innovative solution design for warehousing and transport bids, ensuring a seamless, integrated approach
- Analyze client requirements to craft highly tailored, commercially viable solutions with a focus on transport efficiency and cost optimization
- Build and present financial models that demonstrate ROI and operational efficiency, using both P&Ls and transport modelling tools
- Collaborate across functions, including operations, IT, HR, and finance, to drive operational improvements and scalable transport solutions
- Create and deliver impactful tender documents and presentations that highlight your transport solutions expertise to clients and stakeholders
What You Bring
- Experience in transport or logistics solution design, with a proven track record in successful project delivery
- Exceptional commercial awareness and the ability to turn complex data into actionable, cost-effective solutions
- Proven influencing skills with senior stakeholders, including at Board level
- Expertise in financial modelling, with a deep understanding of P&Ls and transport-related cost analysis
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with a keen interest in continuous process improvement and innovation
