Operations Assistant - Temp

A growing, high-end skincare brand is looking for an Operations Assistant to help drive excellence behind the scene on a temporary basis.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the key point of contact with 3PL providers, managing inventory levels, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Reconciling inventory across internal platforms and external 3PL systems.

• Supporting inbound logistics (stock from suppliers) and outbound orders (retail and D2C).

• Assisting with day-to-day order processing, shipping queries, and troubleshooting logistics issues.

• Keeping clean, accurate records of stock movements, supplier interactions, and fulfilment logs.

• Supporting operational compliance and quality processes in line with brand standards.

• Collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager to support retail partnerships and new launches.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally within beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.

• Familiarity with working alongside 3PLs or e-commerce fulfilment partners.

• Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

• Strong working knowledge of inventory platforms, Excel, and order management tools.

• Clear communicator who’s solutions-focused and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
