A leading FMCG business is seeking an experienced Inventory Team Manager to join its Swansea site during a key period of transformation and growth. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of inventory operations, lead a team of six, and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of six to ensure accurate, compliant stock control operations.

  • Use WMS tools to manage inventory processes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain stock integrity.

  • Collaborate across departments to drive improvements in stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

  • Analyse trends and report on inventory performance, supporting operational decision-making.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in inventory or stock control management, ideally in a warehouse or supply chain setting.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across varied shift patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with WMS and Excel (intermediate+).

  • Background in FMCG or fast-paced distribution environments.

  • Strong analytical thinking and a detail-oriented mindset.

  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

  • Commitment to high hygiene and safety standards.
