Robert Walters sponsors the Leeds Hack 2018

Robert Walters is proud sponsor the Leeds Hack 2018, taking place over Saturday 21st - Sunday 22nd April 2018 organised by Hac100.
Hackathons are a great way for developers and IT professionals to up-skill and learn new skill sets both working in a team and individually, ultimately helping to boost your CV and employability. Working on projects and facing new challenges is the daily reality for IT and Tech professionals, so this is a good opportunity to test you ability and showcase your skills.
Can you handle the Robert Walters challenge?
The UK skills shortage within Digital and IT is well documented and has come about for a variety of reason.
Technology is evolving at a rapid rate which our education system can not keep up with.
Less people are taking IT related degrees with more and more developers being self taught.
There is a wealth of courses and classes out there and here at Robert Walter’s we offer excellent career advice.
However, we think you can do better! Come up with a way to help people with their careers - whether that’s a career change or encouraging young people into the IT world to bridge the skills gap.
