The Role
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage a range of client accounts across Paid Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels. You’ll be responsible for optimising campaigns, developing strategies, and mentoring junior colleagues — while playing a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients across diverse industries and platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts across multiple Paid Media channels, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.

Create strategies, forecasts, budgets, and detailed reports.

Mentor and develop junior colleagues, supporting their performance and growth.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution for all Paid Media activity.

Attend weekly client calls and deliver clear progress updates.

Manage budgets effectively and handle monthly reconciliations.

Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and share performance insights.

Continually suggest improvements to enhance campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.
About You
-
Experience managing Paid Media campaigns (agency or in-house).

Proven ability to optimise accounts, produce reports, and forecast budgets.

Strong communicator, confident presenting to clients and stakeholders.

Skilled in major ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.

Experience across Search, Display, and Social with an understanding of customer journey touchpoints.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Track record of leading accounts and driving performance improvements.
