Conveyancing Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded legal team in Bristol, supporting the Lender Sales division.

What you'll do:

* Manage your own portfolio of conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
* Refer complex legal matters or queries to the Team Manager as appropriate, maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management.
* Communicate regularly with clients and asset managers to provide updates on case progress, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
* Attend client meetings alongside senior management, contributing insights and supporting training initiatives as required.
* Maintain detailed telephone notes for all client interactions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
* Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, procedures, and technical aspects of the conveyancing process, sharing relevant updates with colleagues across the sales teams.
* Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills by analysing case facts and discussing potential actions with senior team members when necessary.
* Support the wider team by participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and fostering a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.


What you bring:


* Previous experience working within conveyancing is essential for this position as it ensures familiarity with property transaction processes.
* Proven ability to check titles for freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties demonstrates your technical competence.
* Experience drafting detailed advice for clients along with proposed solutions highlights your analytical skills.
* A natural affinity for client care combined with excellent telephone manner ensures positive interactions at every touchpoint.
* Strong numeracy skills enable accurate handling of financial elements within property transactions.
* Excellent spelling and grammar underpin clear written communication across all documentation.
* A proactive attitude coupled with meticulous attention to detail supports efficient case management.
* Willingness to keep up-to-date with evolving regulations shows commitment to ongoing professional development.

This role is working onsite, paid a daily rate via umbrella
