Senior Solicitor / Partner Planning

An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Senior or Partner with 8+ years PQE within Planning. What you'll do:

As a Senior Solicitor or Partner, your role will be to:

• Work strategically with clients and as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
• Enhance our clients’ experience through the delivery of exceptional client service
• Acquire planning permission, appeals, CIL, and agreements such as s106
• Handle judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law

What you bring:

As an experienced Senior Solicitor or Partner in Planning Law, you bring:

• 8+ years post qualifying experience
• Expertise, obtaining planning permission, appeals, CIL, agreements such as s106, judicial review, highways and public rights of way.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work strategically with clients and as part of a team
• Commitment to enhancing our clients experience
