Professional Support Lawyer

A leading international law firm is looking for a senior Professional Support Lawyer to support their Construction & Projects teams. What You'll Do:

This role supports the firms Construction and Real Estate Groups and will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the team’s knowledge base. Success in this role means being proactive about identifying opportunities for improvement—whether through smarter use of technology or more effective knowledge sharing—and ensuring that every member of the team feels supported in their ongoing professional journey.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of an effective knowledge management strategy that aligns with organisational priorities, leveraging technology to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders by anticipating needs, delivering innovative solutions, and supporting business development strategies.
• Champion continuous learning by designing bespoke training programmes, workshops, presentations, and mentoring sessions tailored to evolving legal landscapes.

What You Bring:

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will bring:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 6+ years of PSL experience within a property and / or construction specialism
• Expertise in strategic legal research combined with practical experience in knowledge management
• Experience cultivating collaborative relationships across teams while supporting business development activities through client engagement initiatives.
