Job Title: Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor Contract Length: 6 Month Temporary Contract (with potential to extend) Location: Warwickshire Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience Working pattern: Hybrid – only 1 day per week in the office required

Key Responsibilities of a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including property disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, and professional negligence
• Advising high-net-worth clients on complex civil litigation issues with discretion and professionalism
• Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
• Representing clients in court and during negotiations where necessary
• Liaising with Counsel and third parties to progress matters efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Supporting other fee earners in the litigation team where require

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years PQE
• Proven experience handling high-profile civil litigation matters
• Ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong background in handling complex civil litigation cases independently
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while working under pressure
