What you'll do:
* Manage your own caseload of commercial litigation matters spanning contract disputes, professional negligence claims, banking issues, intellectual property conflicts, defamation cases, fraud investigations, procurement challenges, partnership disagreements and shareholder disputes.
* Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on complex and large-scale claims to deliver excellent client outcomes and further develop your technical skills.
* Support the growth of the Birmingham office by actively participating in business development activities aimed at expanding the team's local presence and client base.
