What you'll do:
As a Property Litigation Solicitor based in Birmingham, you will immerse yourself in a stimulating environment where no two days are alike. Your role will involve managing a varied caseload encompassing everything from asset management disputes over nationwide portfolios to high-stakes court proceedings concerning iconic developments. You will have direct contact with clients at every stage of the process advising them on strategy, drafting key documents, attending meetings, and representing their interests robustly. What you bring:
- 0-3 PQE with at least one seat in Dispute Resolution or Property Litigation is desirable
