An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified (NQ) Solicitor to join a strong regional law firm in Warwickshire.

This role offers the chance to work alongside recognised experts in the legal profession, getting exposure to Property Litigation cases, particularly leasehold matters, assisting senior members of the team on a variety of complex issues.

What you'll do:

As a Property Litigation NQ Solicitor, your role will be diverse and challenging. You'll handle high-value litigated property cases including leasehold covenants and building safety act matters. Your ability to prepare pre-emptive advices will be

• Experience in Civil Litigation
• Strong organisational skills
