Payments Counsel

With a client base that includes some of the most ambitious startups in the UK and Europe, this is an opportunity to embed yourself in the FinTech ecosystem and help businesses thrive.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work with a wide range of FinTech and payments clients, providing expert advice on both regulatory and commercial matters. Acting as an extension of their in-house teams, you’ll handle high-value B2B agreements, platform terms, SaaS and licensing contracts, while also helping founders navigate regulatory frameworks across payments and e-money.

-
Contributing to internal know-how, team collaboration and client onboarding
What You Bring
You’re a senior commercial lawyer with solid experience in the payments or wider FinTech space, ideally with a mix of regulatory and contract expertise. You enjoy being client-facing, adaptable, and plugged into the technology ecosystem.
