Corporate Solicitor
Our client, a highly reputable business, seeking a Senior Associate for their Corporate Legal Services team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Associate in Corporate Legal Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on various corporate transactions. Your excellent drafting skills will be utilised in reviewing and advising on a wide range of corporate agreements. You will also have the opportunity to manage and develop a team within the corporate sector. Your tech-savvy nature will be beneficial as you navigate through tech solutions within the legal field. With your strong organisational skills, you will effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Provide expert advice on sell-side and buy-side corporate transactions
- Draft, review and advise on a broad spectrum of corporate agreements
- Advise on matters relating to corporate governance, M&A and corporate reorganisations
- Manage and develop a team within the corporate sector
- Utilise tech solutions within the legal field
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for this Senior Associate position, you are a UK-qualified corporate focused lawyer or hold a similar certification in a common law jurisdiction. You bring along over six years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with significant experience advising on sell-side and buy-side corporate transactions. Your ability to draft, review, and advise on a broad spectrum of corporate agreements sets you apart. You have proven experience managing and developing teams, coupled with your tech-savviness which allows you to utilise tech solutions effectively within the legal field. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills complement your strong organisational abilities.
- UK-qualified corporate focused lawyer or holds a similar certification in a common law jurisdiction
- 6+ years post qualification experience (PQE)
- Significant experience advising on sell-side and buy-side corporate transactions
- Ability to draft, review and advise on a broad spectrum of corporate agreements
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Tech-savvy with experience using tech solutions in the legal field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
