As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising and assisting clients in connection with largely contentious work with some non-contentious work also available on employment matters.

Your responsibilities will include preparing for employment tribunal cases, advocacy in employment tribunals, drafting correspondence to various parties including the Employment Tribunal and ACAS. You will also be involved in drafting or advising on contracts, policies, and procedures as well as providing general advice on a range of issues such as disciplinary investigations and redundancy programmes.
