M&A Counsel - £450-500 per day

International services provider operating in territories across the globe is looking for a Corporate/M&A Lawyer, initially on a three month contract. This is a hybrid role with three days per week required at their headquarters in Central London.

Sitting within a growing Legal team, your day-to-day remit will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents including sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary agreements
• Assisting in the management of due diligence exercises, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyse relevant information.
• Preparing board papers and other key documentation related to strategic initiatives.
• Supporting the Legal team and other internal parties on strategic corporate finance work, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder matters.

The client believes that the successful candidate will require at least 3 years’ PQE although applications from all levels is considered on merit. Interest from lawyers qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions will be welcomed. You will possess a track record of hands-on involvement with M&A deals in a leading law firm. And you must be available to start immediately.
