One of Manchester's newest and fastest growing legal practices is looking for a NQ Corporate Lawyer or Trainee about to finish their Corporate Seat to come on board and be part of their journey. You'll be supported by industry leading experts from Top 200 UK Law Firms, and join a team of energetic professionals where your contribution will be valued and your work-life balance respected through hybrid working from Day One.

If you're passionate about corporate law, this is a unique chance to become part of a start-up environment that has already established itself as a trusted partner for SMEs, offering expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments. You'll join a legal practice that is part of a wider group with an impressive portfolio of over 20 businesses in the advisory sector.

You will have the freedom to work flexibly from the outset between their Manchester and Bolton offices, enjoying two days to work from home. You'll receive support from industry leading corporate experts, along with the team of paralegals and other lawyers.

What You'll Do:

As a NQ Corporate Solicitor, you will:

• Provide corporate legal advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, sales, investments, and other transactional matters.
• Collaborate closely with clients—primarily SMEs—to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal solutions that support their goals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence exercises to identify potential risks and ensure smooth completion of transactions.

What You Bring:

• Law Degree (2:1 minimum)
• LLM / LPC at Top 50 UK Law College with a strong academic background
• Be completing your final seat (due to qualify this year) and have completed a seat in Corporate
• Or, be a NQ within a reputable Corporate team
