What You'll Do:

As a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor, you’ll become an essential member of a lively legal team known for delivering exceptional results across a broad spectrum of corporate matters. Your days will be filled with opportunities to:

• Support senior lawyers in managing a portfolio of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, equity structuring, and joint ventures that will stretch your skills and broaden your expertise.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents while ensuring all work meets the highest standards of compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Participate in engaging client meetings and calls to understand their goals and help demystify sometimes complex legal procedures in a way that builds trust.
• Collaborate enthusiastically with colleagues across different specialist practices to deliver seamless service on multi-disciplinary matters that require teamwork at its best.

What You Bring:

To succeed as a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor, you’ll ideally have the following:

• Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with up to 1 year post-qualification experience (NQ – 1 PQE).
• Demonstrated passion for corporate law—including mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, equity structuring or joint ventures
• Excellent written communication skills enabling you to craft clear transaction documents and concise client correspondence that inspires confidence.
