Senior Legal Counsel

Fantastic opportunity for a finance lawyer with project finance experience to join this fast-growing and hugely successful business on a permanent basis. Will suit someone who is commercial and entrepreneurial.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our client on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and gain exposure to all business lines at a broad level.

On a day to day basis, you will be involved on a variety of work across multiple business lines. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of products and documents and will help to manage an established but growing legal team.

We're looking for candidates with the following background:

• At least 3 years' post qualification experience in the UK
• Ideal would be a Project Finance background
• Adaptable, pragmatic, with a commercial mindset
• Possess gravitas with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external teams
• Flexible with a proactive attitude towards work
• Experience of working in energy and/or commodities (preferred)
