I am currently recruiting for a new Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configurator to work in the Client Services area of one of the worlds leading FinTech brands in a newly released permanent position. This challenging and business facing position will work with a range to business stakeholders across Client Services and Technology, as well as Product to ensure the best possible outcomes during and post implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform/ tools/ changes and could also grow to encompass secondary support of Salesforce Service Cloud should the role holder have capacity and capability to grow their responsibilities in this direction. This role will work with a range of contacts across the European business to deliver a range of responsibilities inclusive of the following; * Implementation of and continuous support of MSFT Dynamics365 configurations on prioritised requirements and ongoing operational programmes * Interfacing with User Experience, Business and Development teams to generate solution wireframes and associated UX artefacts * Identify opportunities to enhance the business use of tools, adoption and overall leveraging of the platform across the Client Services footprint * Business analysis, scheduling and execution activities for projects * Training and supporting team members as necessary to achieve desired outcomes The key requirement for this position is of course, deep seeded and keen understanding for the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform and the kind of attitude needed to really impact a large, matrixed business. This business exposure should be coupled with proven Business Analysis skills and ideally formal Salesforce.com Service Cloud certifications(s) and candidates will ideally be qualified at graduate level or above.
