One of the world’s preeminent International Law Firms, is looking for two experienced Payroll Coordinator's to join their dynamic Human Resources team.

This opportunity is open as a permanent position & a 6-month contract.

About the Role
You’ll support the Payroll Specialist with all aspects of payroll processing, covering UK and US expat payrolls. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in payroll who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll tasks for new starters, leavers, and employee changes

  • Process benefit deductions, overtime, pensions, and BIK files

  • Liaise with stakeholders, third parties, and HMRC

  • Support Workday-to-ADP integration and troubleshoot upload errors

  • Assist with statutory returns, reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with payroll legislation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of UK payroll experience

  • Proficiency with ADP iHCM and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups)

  • Experience with Workday and international payrolls (desirable)

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach

  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Working Pattern:
Full-time, hybrid model (Monday to Thursday in office, Friday from home).
