Learning and Development Manager

Robert Walters is working with one of London’s most prestigious organisations, seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to take a pivotal role across the UK and EMEA. This position offers the successful Learning and Development Manager the opportunity to shape an inclusive culture that recognises and nurtures the unique potential of every individual. With a highly competitive remuneration package ranging from £75,000 to £90,000,with bonus, benefits package and hybrid working model.

What you'll do:

• Devise comprehensive learning and development strategies that empower employees across all levels to advance personally and professionally in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to identify skills gaps and develop targeted interventions that prepare teams for future requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions that promote knowledge exchange, teamwork, and sustained professional enrichment.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through systematic feedback collection, data analysis, and regular reporting to ensure ongoing enhancement.
• Champion inclusivity by ensuring all developmental opportunities are accessible and meaningful for under-represented groups within the organisation.
• Establish robust partnerships with external training providers to source high-quality content that complements internal resources.
• Oversee the learning management system (LMS), ensuring it remains current with relevant materials and user-friendly features for all staff members.
