A strategic and creative Learning & Development Manager role, to design and deliver engaging training content for a large network of independent distributors within the health and wellness space.

Overview:
This role focuses on training design and content development — not delivery — and requires experience in working with distributor or franchise models across European markets. You will empower independent business owners with tools and knowledge to succeed through thoughtful, digitally enabled learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve training programs for distributors at various stages of their business journey

  • Develop product, nutrition, and business method content that supports growth and engagement

  • Manage and optimise the L&D platform (LMS) to distribute content and track engagement

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal content, marketing, sales, and event teams

  • Adapt and localise training materials for regional needs

  • Monitor distributor training outcomes and business performance

  • Mentor a direct report and align team output to business objectives

You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in L&D design and delivery (preferably with distributor/franchise experience)

  • Background in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or consumer health

  • Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Excel

  • Strong stakeholder management and content development capabilities

  • Experience with European markets and working across cultures

  • Strong facilitation skills (live and virtual formats)

  • Energy, proactivity, and a strategic mindset
