Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a competitive salary of £30K - £35K, reflecting the level of expertise required. As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors throughout the United Kingdom. You will be part of a supportive team, providing legally compliant solutions via telephone, ensuring business needs are met while highlighting any non-compliant commercial options and associated risks.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Advisor, your role will be pivotal in providing HR and Employment Law advice to our diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively leading cases to resolution, logging all advice accurately onto our bespoke internal system, reviewing client documentation, offering options regarding utilisation of other products and services, delivering training as required, and undertaking welcome calls with new clients. You'll be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge in employment law and HR matters in order to deal with complex end-to-end cases.
- Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
- Achieve standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner.
- Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
- Log all advice accurately onto the internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
- Review client documentation and provide feedback and advice accordingly.
- Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable.
- Offer the client options regarding utilisation of other products and services.
- Actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods.
- Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
- Undertake Welcome Calls with new clients and discuss with them the software, services and products.
