Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a competitive salary of £30K - £35K, reflecting the level of expertise required. As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors throughout the UK. You'll be part of a supportive team, providing legally compliant solutions via telephone, ensuring business needs are met while highlighting any non-compliant commercial options and associated risks.

What you'll do:

As an HR Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing solution-based advice through telephone calls only. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you actively lead cases to resolution, building strong relationships with clients during each interaction. You will take ownership of ongoing cases, logging all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system. Your role will also involve reviewing client documentation, providing feedback, and advising accordingly. You will offer clients options regarding the utilisation of other products and services, making recommendations where necessary. Additionally, you will actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods to promote and improve our online reputation.

  • Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
  • Achieve standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner.
  • Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • Review client documentation and provide feedback and advise accordingly.
  • Offer the client options regarding utilisation of other products and services.
  • Actively seek and encourage client feedback to promote and improve online reputation.
  • Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
