Whether you’ve just left university or are switching career paths, our programmes are designed to get you where you want to go. We’ll give you the security of a permanent role and a full range of benefits. We’ll train you on the hottest tech topics and place you as a contract consultant with one of our clients, many of whom are leading global brands.

While you build priceless industry experience, we’ll develop your tech, people, and leadership skills, and progress your career with coaching and mentoring from senior tech and business professionals. After two years, you can choose to take on a permanent in-house role with the client or redeploy as an experienced consultant to a fresh project. Tailored world-class training.                              

Our fully accredited training courses run for anything from 1 - 12 weeks and cover an array of in-demand technical skills including Software Development, DevOps, Cloud and Data. To ensure you reach your full potential, we’ll define a personal development plan that combines a blend of classroom-based learning, digital learning, real-life projects, and simulations. This dynamic approach equips our Workforce Consultants with a level of commercial experience that’s equivalent to two years’ working experience – and most crucially, the technical skills that our clients are actively seeking.

As part of our vibrant Consultant community, you’ll receive ongoing coaching and support throughout your first 24-month placement. This includes a dedicated Service Manager to help you with all your admin, welfare and wellbeing needs, technical advice from our Practice Leads, a Buddy who is on a similar career path to you and a senior tech consultant to act as a Mentor and help you plot your long-term career development.
