EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 doe Location: Northwich – hybrid Contract: Permanent Hours: Mon-Fri (09:00-17:30)

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and wider Finance Leadership Team. This is a key role, ideal for someone who excels in managing busy schedules, handling confidential information, and coordinating travel and events with care and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, anticipating needs and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate meetings across time zones, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support inbox management and internal communications on Microsoft Teams
  • Plan and book UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Process expenses in line with policy and highlight exceptions where needed
  • Organise finance team meetings, conferences, and occasional overseas events

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives
  • Strong MS Office, Teams, and ideally SAP/Concur skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • Confidence working independently and managing priorities
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
